This $50 deposit reserves your place in our booking calendar and activates the planning process for your event.

Your deposit is applied toward your final event balance and is NOT an additional fee.

Once your deposit is received, our team will begin preparing for your event. We may schedule a consultation, review venue details, discuss guest count, and evaluate the event space to determine the best setup and package for your needs.

Because we invest time, travel, planning, scheduling, and preparation resources immediately after booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

How The Process Works

Step 1: Submit Your Deposit

Pay your $50 deposit to begin the planning process and secure your place on our calendar.

Step 2: Event Consultation

We’ll contact you to discuss:

• Event date and time
• Venue location
• Guest count
• Indoor or outdoor setup
• Available space
• Desired experience level

Step 3: Package Selection

Based on your guest count and event goals, we’ll recommend the best package for your event.

Step 4: Final Payment

Your deposit will be credited toward your final balance.

The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and is due 72 hours before your event.
